Job summary

Leapmotor is seeking a Business Operations Associate (Sales) to partner with sales leadership to improve showroom performance and productivity. You will support onboarding, training, and incentives, and work with HR to enhance talent retention.

You will optimize sales processes, systems, and reporting across the function. You will collaborate with Sales, HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, and OEM partners to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvements in a fast-paced automotive showroom

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales leadership to monitor and improve salesforce productivity, conversion rates, and showroom performance.
• Support sales training initiatives, including onboarding, continuous skills development, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness programmes.
• Work with HR to support hiring, performance management, and retention of a high-quality salesforce.
• Design and manage sales incentives, contests, and internal competition frameworks to drive motivation and performance.
• Identify bottlenecks in sales operations processes (booking, approvals, documentation, financing, insurance, delivery) and implement process improvements.
• Act as a key liaison between frontline sales teams and central functions to resolve day-to-day operational and administrative issues.
• Understand and optimize sales-related systems (CRM, DMS, lead management tools), ensuring adoption, data accuracy, and process compliance.
• Manage sales reporting, dashboards, and audits to ensure transparency and performance tracking.
• Support cross-functional projects related to sales process improvement, system enhancements, and operational efficiency.
• Build strong working relationships with Sales, HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, and OEM partners to ensure seamless execution.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field with 2–4 years of experience in Sales or Business Operations, preferably in automotive or dealership environment.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end vehicle sales processes with the ability to improve operational efficiency.
• Proficient in Excel, reporting tools, CRM, and DMS with good analytical and KPI tracking skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring operational accuracy.
