Jora Malaysia is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day parking operations across Carpark Complex and Carpark Building, ensuring SOP adherence, KPI achievement and high service quality.
Lead and train Parking and Strata Admin, Technical, and Operations teams; monitor occupancy and revenue, coordinate with security, cleaning and contractors; drive continuous improvement and timely responses to complaints and emergencies.

Operations Oversight: Manage day-to-day activities, traffic flow, and facility maintenance for Carpark Complex and Carpark Building, ensure smooth department operations, adherence to SOP, KPIs and department policies.
Financial Management: Monitor occupancy data, track revenue, and verify daily cash or digital collections. To provide suggestions in improving management system to maximize usage and income.
Staff Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and train Parking and Strata Properties Admin, Technical team, Operation Team or support teams.
Customer Service: Resolve visitor complaints and enforce parking rules.
Vendor & Equipment Coordination: Maintain parking hardware, automated pay stations, and coordinate with security, cleaning and all operational contractors for Carpark operation.
Establish parking operations team with comprehensive schedule routines.
Focus on the parking operational matters all the Carpark Building, Carpark Complex and surrounding parameter.
Ensure deliverables of support services, continuous improvement.
To implement debt recovery action, deem fit against any defaulters.
Ad hoc assignment when required by the Council and Company.
Ensure timely and prompt responses to complaints, request and emergencies.
Strong analytical skills and experience utilizing data to drive operational decisions and improvements.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience in creating high-performing teams. Ability to work independently and remotely, managing priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and operational quality.
Minimum Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
At least 5 years of working experience in the similar capacity.
Strong knowledge of Carpark Operation, Building Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Security, Cleaning and Vendor management.
Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced Commercial and Corporate environment and respond effectively to operational issues.
