Proactively source and engage with projects; interview founders, clients, and partners to verify needs, product competitiveness, and team execution capabilities.

Compare investment, partnership, and in-house development approaches; propose phased investment plans, group resource support, governance arrangements, and exit recommendations.

Establish stable and ongoing relationships with local school administrators and teachers in Malaysia.

Compile due diligence materials; draft project initiation or investment reports; collaborate with finance, legal, and business teams to advance reviews, negotiations, and pilot programs.

Track budgets, operational results, and agreed-upon deliverables; propose adjustment recommendations; utilize tools such as AI to improve research efficiency and verify information sources.

Job Requirements:

3-5 years of relevant working experience, familiar with school procurement processes. Must possess the ability to expand local partnerships, collect user needs, and translate feedback into actionable product optimization directions.

Highly proactive with strong execution resilience. Ability to independently find leads, conduct interviews, and drive tasks forward under incomplete information and limited resources; able to adapt methods and maintain follow-up when encountering resistance.

Willing to go deep into the business frontline, personally completing project engagement, material verification, and execution follow-up; strong collaborator, receptive to feedback, and able to adjust judgments based on new evidence. English proficiency for work communication and adaptability to overseas business travel.

Preferred candidates with experience in launching projects from scratch, proactively developing clients, or solving problems with limited resources; experience in education, AI applications, and Southeast Asia is a strong plus.
