Job summary

Telecontinent Sdn Bhd is hiring a Sales Development Representative to handle outbound calls and enquiries from customers, attend events, collect leads, and develop the potential account pipeline. Working hours align with market needs and are in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

The role offers a base salary with commissions and a comprehensive benefits package. English proficiency is preferred; Mandarin speakers are welcomed as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification; fresh graduates welcome, diploma or degree advantageous.
• Sales-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• English proficiency preferred, additional languages are a plus.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound calls and enquiries from prospective and existing customers.
• Attend events and roadshows when required.
• Collect prospective customers’ contact details from the event attended.
• Develop the potential account pipeline.

Job description

Minimum SPM qualification, including fresh graduates; diploma or degree holders would be an added advantage.

Job Scope

Handle outbound calls and enquiries from prospective and existing customers.

Attend events and roadshows when required.

Collect prospective customers’ contact details from the event attended.

Develop the potential account pipeline.

Working Hours : 9AM – 6PM or 10AM - 7PM

Working Days : Monday – Friday, excluding Public Holidays

Working hours may be adjusted depending on the assigned market and corresponding time zone

Remuneration Package

Basic Salary: up to RM3,000.00

Sales Incentive: up to RM1,000.00
