TP in Malaysia is seeking an An Telesales Representative to assist customers by addressing inquiries, identifying needs, and providing tailored solutions to close sales.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls using proper sales and customer service practices.
• Use a consultative approach to identify needs and propose solutions for new products and services that benefit their businesses.
• Resolve issues within our support scope, guiding towards third-party solutions or paid consultations when necessary.
• Troubleshoot client products to ensure a one-call resolution.
• Achieve metrics like First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Open to working in rotational shifts.
