Role Description The Business Development Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Selangor, Malaysia. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, preparing proposals, conducting market and competitor analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to develop tailored solutions. The Business Development Officer will also assist in financial assessments of potential deals, participate in meetings and presentations, and provide regular reports and forecasts to management. The role requires close coordination with customer service and operations teams to ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
