Ultima Markets is seeking a driven Business Development professional in Kuala Lumpur to expand our network of brokers, assets managers, affiliates, and institutional clients. You will retain prospects and convert leads by articulating market opportunities and competitive advantages.

In this role, you will monitor financial markets, perform opportunity-focused research, and negotiate profitable partnerships, while contributing to revenue targets and broader strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales.
• Previous experience in the Forex, Commodities, CFDs or Financial Industry is preferable.
• Ambition and hunger to sales; the more effort, the more return.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong network of Introducing Brokers, Asset Managers, Affiliates and Institutional/B2B clients.
• Establish and maintain business relationships with all clients for retention and prospect conversion.
• Actively follow financial markets; discuss market movements with clients in an articulate manner.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities based on competitor weaknesses and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate with partners to ensure partnerships are commercially viable for the company.
• Execute company planning and perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Meet and exceed sales revenue targets.
• Any other duties reasonably required for the role.
