Qualifications

• Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, economics, accounting, or law
• 5+ years of experience in banking, finance, or financial management with knowledge of trust industry principles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to develop high-net-worth client base
• Good work discipline and adherence to company policy

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy for Family Office services with financial and client-satisfaction focus
• Research new markets and client needs
• Arrange meetings with prospective clients
