Job summary

OCBC Malaysia is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager for Workplace Banking to lead a team of specialists serving corporate clients. You will develop and implement strategies to grow our Workplace Banking business and build strong relationships with key clients.

You will analyze complex data, identify opportunities, coach team members, and collaborate with other bank units to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance.
