Job summary

TT VISION TECHNOLOGIES in Penang invites an experienced sales professional to lead automation and manufacturing technology solutions. You will develop strategies, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth in Southeast Asia.

The role requires deep knowledge of industrial automation, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product teams to capitalize on market opportunities. Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field
• At least 7 years of successful sales experience in automation, manufacturing technology, or related technical fields
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing accounts
• Strong understanding of industrial automation systems and applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to speak in multiple languages (added advantage)
