Job summary

Randstad Malaysia seeks a Senior Sales Engineering Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and delivering high-impact technical sales pitches for automated material handling systems in semiconductor facilities. You will bridge engineering concepts with customer needs to expand our regional and global accounts.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, lead executive-level presentations, and manage full client relationships from first contact to contract closure,

Qualifications

• Strong technical sales experience in semiconductor, cleanroom equipment, or industrial automation.
• Deep understanding of industrial control systems, PLCs, SCADA, and factory software integration.
• Proven track record in business development or sales engineering for new accounts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to pitch to executives.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally for client visits and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business opportunities across domestic and international semiconductor facilities.
• Present advanced automation solutions to key industry clients.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to translate client requirements into tailored technical proposals.
• Lead technical sales presentations and pitch high-level system designs directly to client executives.
• Manage end-to-end client relationships from initial engagement through proposal defense and contract closing.
• Track industry trends and competitive intelligence to position solutions effectively in target markets.

As a Senior Sales Engineering Manager, you will drive business growth by identifying new business opportunities and delivering high-impact technical sales pitches. You will bridge complex engineering concepts with customer needs to expand our market footprint across key regional and global accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business opportunities across domestic and international semiconductor manufacturing facilities
• Present advanced automation solutions including overhead transport, cleanroom conveyors, and control software to key industry clients
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to translate client requirements into tailored technical proposals
• Lead technical sales presentations and pitch high-level system designs directly to client executives
• Manage end-to-end client relationships from initial engagement through proposal defense and contract closing
• Track industry trends and competitive intelligence to position solutions effectively in target markets

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong technical sales background within the semiconductor, cleanroom equipment, or industrial automation sectors
• Deep conceptual understanding of industrial control systems, PLCs, SCADA, and factory software integration
• Proven track record in a business development or sales engineering role focused on new account acquisition
