Job summary

Ditrolic Energy Group is seeking a Business Development Intern to support regional reporting and sales operations from Ara Damansara, Malaysia. You will work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver regular management reports, manage data sources, and assist in proposal drafting for campaigns.

The role requires a background in Business Administration or a related field, strong English skills, and familiarity with Excel and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist regional reporting team in developing, maintaining, and delivering regular management reports.
• Manage data sources, connections, and integrations using tools like Excel and CRM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance across reporting documentation.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and create customized reports and presentation slides.
• Monitor report usage and performance to ensure timely delivery of insights.
• Provide administrative support and assist in proposal drafting for sales and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct research and analyze data to support project planning and evaluation.
• Assist other departments as needed.
