Job summary

Airea Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Business Development Intern to join our team in Ara Damansara, Selangor. This full‑time role offers hands‑on experience in sales, market analysis, and client relationship management to support growth and new business initiatives.

You will assist in identifying opportunities, develop campaigns, and prepare pitches for prospective clients while collaborating with the sales team to track leads and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with professional client interaction.
• Demonstrated interest in sales, marketing, or business development with a proactive approach to learning.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems or sales tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment whilst maintaining independence and initiative.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast‑paced business environment.
• Previous internship experience in sales, marketing, or business development is desirable.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and researching potential new business opportunities and market segments.
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business development strategies.
• Prepare and present pitch materials, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Support the maintenance and development of client relationships through regular communication and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with the sales team to track leads, opportunities, and conversion metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of business reports, market insights, and performance analysis.
