Job summary

Ditrolic Energy Group is offering an HR internship in talent acquisition and HR operations at Ara Damansara, Selangor. The role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, employer branding, and HR processes within a renewable energy company.

You will assist in end-to-end recruitment, maintain HR databases, support onboarding, and participate in employee engagement activities. An official university placement letter is required.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and digital tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and Employer Branding.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment (job postings, sourcing, screening & interview coordination).
• Assist in employer branding initiatives (LinkedIn posts, job ads).
• Maintain candidate and HR databases, trackers, and reports.
• Support onboarding, HR operations, and administrative tasks.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and company events.
