Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or client-facing roles.
• Target-driven, resilient to rejection, and proactive in chasing opportunities.
• Confident, polished communicator in English plus at least one other language.
• Professional presence in client-facing settings.
• Coachable and quick to apply feedback.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and willingness to learn CRM and other tools.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through cold calling, referrals, and social selling.
• Engage with clients to understand hiring needs and present Primeworq solutions.
• Support existing clients to ensure service delivery and repeat business.
• Prepare proposals and deliver presentations to HR leaders and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants to align client expectations.
• Represent Primeworq at events to build brand awareness.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM with activity and pipelines.
• Strive to meet quarterly targets set with the Commercial Director.
