Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to drive market growth, penetrate new markets, and expand our corporate client base in Malaysia.

You will lead generation at industry events, consult with clients, manage accounts end-to-end, close deals, and provide market intelligence to keep our strategies ahead of the curve. A Diploma or Professional Degree with 3+ years in business development or corporate sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related commercial discipline.
• 3+ years in business development, corporate sales or account management; services/manufacturing experience advantageous.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Drive market growth by creating and executing sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
• Lead generation and networking at industry events to identify new opportunities.
• Arrange appointments, present tailored solutions, and prepare proposals that meet client requirements.
• Service, maintain, and deepen relationships within the existing customer base.
• Manage end-to-end deal closure including lead generation with the sales team and payment collection.
• Perform ongoing market surveys and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
