Mission Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to win new clients and expand relationships within financial services, manufacturing and professional services sectors.

You will prospect, network and attend events to build a healthy pipeline, work with the recruitment team to deliver tailored talent solutions, and regularly report forecasts to management as you strive to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Qualificações

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• 3+ years in business development, sales or account management.
• Experience in staffing or recruitment sales.
• Financial services background is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Find and win new corporate clients through prospecting, networking and events.
