Job summary

Rockwills Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Marketing Support professional in Petaling Jaya to assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives, events, roadshows and workshops. You will coordinate registrations, documentation and reporting while providing administrative support to franchisees, customers and internal stakeholders.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field, with at least 1 year in marketing.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year in Marketing or relevant experience.
• Proficient with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong command of English; Mandarin preferred for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Job description

Coordinate registrations, documentation, reporting and other operational matters related to marketing programs.

Provide administrative and customer support to franchisees, customers and internal stakeholders.

Identify opportunities to improve work processes, service quality and marketing effectiveness.

Assist in the preparation and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotion activities and special projects.

Assist the marketing team in any other tasks, ad-hoc assignments, special projects as and when assigned by Management or direct superior.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any other related fields.

Minimum 1-year in Marketing or relevant working experience in related fields.

Familiar with Ms PowerPoint, Ms Excel and Ms Word.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good command of written and spoken in English. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

Independent, initiative, problem solving skills and able to work under minimum supervision.

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Applicants must be willing to report to work at Petaling Jaya.
