Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in any related field.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience; fresh graduates welcomed.
• Strong hunting mindset with high sales drive and resilience.
• Resourceful, analytical, and problem-solving oriented with techno-commercial understanding.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in packaging industry is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers through proactive prospecting and sales activities.
• Engage with decision-makers, set appointments, and conduct face-to-face presentations.
• Maintain and grow accounts using a structured Key Account Management approach.
• Promote and raise awareness of company products and solutions in the market.
