Job summary

SRKK AI Academy is seeking a BD Executive to grow our capability development solutions business in Malaysia. You will identify new opportunities, understand client needs, and convert leads into sales while collaborating with our programme team.

You will build relationships with HR, L&D, managers and business leaders, present our training solutions, prepare proposals, and help achieve revenue targets. The role offers training and development opportunities and exposure to AI and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related fields.
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, training, technology or professional services.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Confident in dealing with customers and decision-makers.
• Positive, energetic and target-driven.
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently and take ownership.
• Good command of English; Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Promote and sell our public training programmes.
• Identify and develop in-house corporate training opportunities.
• Build relationships with HR, L&D, managers and business leaders.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable training solutions.
• Prepare proposals and quotations with our programme team.
• Follow up on leads and opportunities and close deals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Programme teams to generate new opportunities.
• Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.
