Job summary

Growth Valley Sdn Bhd is recruiting an IT Executive to build and scale an AI-powered operations stack in Malaysia. You will drive AI integration, develop AI-assisted systems, and streamline legacy SOPs to empower teams and deliver real project outcomes.

Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals, the role emphasizes hands-on work across AI agents, automation, dashboards and internal tooling in a fast-growing education and coaching environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree or equivalent proven skills in CS/IT.
• Comfortable with REST APIs, JSON and Git.

Responsibilities

• Build AI Agents: design, build and deploy LLM-powered agents with tool use, memory and knowledge bases.
• Metaphysics x AI: convert BaZi, Feng Shui and Qi Men into digital tools and AI consultants.
• Workflow Automation: integrate CRM, messaging, and sales systems via APIs and n8n/Make.
• Internal Tools: create dashboards and apps for sales, operations and student management.
• Ship & Iterate: prototype fast, test with users, improve from data.
• Documentation: maintain accessible code, prompts and workflows.
