Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Shah Alam. The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and supporting the growth of City-Link Express’s logistics and courier services. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential markets, approaching prospective clients, presenting service offerings, and preparing proposals and quotations. The role also involves managing and nurturing existing accounts, coordinating with internal operational teams to ensure service quality, and tracking sales performance against targets. The Business Development Executive will contribute to marketing initiatives, attend client meetings and industry events, and provide regular reports and insights to management.
