Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Land/Property Analyst to identify opportunities and collect market data. You will maintain mapping records, prepare site-visit documents, and support market analysis. Fresh graduates are welcome; English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin are needed for client interaction.

Proficiency in MS Office and mapping tools is preferred. The role offers opportunities for growth and a positive working environment in Selangor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply; relevant experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and mapping tools; good research and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential land or property opportunities.
• Collect land or property information and update in mapping tools.
• Prepare documentation for site visits (titles, land searches, floor plans, survey plans).
• Assist in market study and analysis.
• Perform detailed analysis after site visits as required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities :

Identify potential land or property opportunities.

Collect land or property information (location, size, floor plan, zoning category, tenure, selling price or joint venture (JV) terms and conditions, surrounding market value, etc.) and update in mapping tools.

Documentation preparation for Site Visit. (review all relevant information and requested materials such as titles, land search, floor plan, survey plans, and approval plans (if provided by the seller))

Assist in conducting market study and analysis.

Perform further detailed analysis after the site visit, including reviewing elevation/level data for evaluation (if required)

Other duties and assignments are to be assigned by the management as and when necessary.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/ Civil Engineering or its equivalent.

Candidate with relevant working experience will have an added advantage.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Mapping tools will be given higher priority.

Good research, analytical, and communication skills will be more advantage.
