Assist the Project Manager in planning, managing, monitoring, and coordinating property development projects from pre-development to post-development stages to ensure timely delivery within approved budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Support the preparation of project briefs, master implementation programs, development schedules, and cost feasibility studies.
Coordinate with architects, planners, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities on project planning, design development, submissions, and approvals.
Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements, building by-laws, and statutory regulations.
Liaise with relevant authorities and agencies for approvals including Planning Approval (KM), Development Order, Building Plan Approval, infrastructure and utility approvals, CCC, and Borang F.
Follow up and monitor authority submission status to ensure timely approvals and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Assist in tender exercises including preparation of tender documents, evaluation, pricing comparison, recommendation reports, and contract administration.
Monitor construction progress, site activities, quality standards, safety requirements, progress billing, vacant possession, and defect rectification works.
Coordinate and attend project, consultant, contractor, and site meetings, including preparation of reports and meeting documentation.
Verify contractors’ and consultants’ claims and payment certifications together with the consultant team. - Monitor and control project costs to ensure adherence to approved construction budgets.
Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project progress reports to Management.
Liaise with internal departments, consultants, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and effective communication
Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.
Bachelor’s Degree / Professional / Postgraduate qualification in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of experience in property development, preferably with exposure Residential Landed and Township development projects.
Strong knowledge of project planning, design development, construction processes, contract administration, and authority submission procedures.
Familiar with local authority and regulatory requirements
Experience in both pre-development and post-development project stages will be an added advantage. - Strong coordination, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and perform under tight deadlines.
This position is offered on a Fixed-Term contract basis, subject to the agreed contract duration and terms.
