Job summary

Drawbridge Technologies (M) Sdn. Bhd. is expanding its sales team across Malaysia, seeking high-energy Inside Sales Executives to scale markets and drive revenue growth.

You will handle outbound outreach, qualify prospects, and close deals with an uncapped commission structure; 1–2 years in telesales or B2B sales preferred, English and Bahasa Melayu fluent. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales experience.
• Fresh graduates with a high hunger for sales are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Market Expansion: Identify, qualify, and reach out to new B2B prospects across Malaysia via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Pipeline Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold/warm outreach to virtual product demonstrations and closing.
• CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and customer data in our CRM system.
• Collaboration: Partner with the Digital Marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and convert them into revenue.
