Job summary

MYSense Marketing in Malaysia seeks a dynamic Sales Closer to drive new business with a hunter mindset. You will conduct high-impact presentations to key decision-makers and own the end-to-end negotiations to convert interest into signed agreements.

Based at Jaya One, Petaling Jaya, the role offers up to RM8K basic with uncapped commissions, a Monday–Friday schedule with one remote day per week, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, optical, insurance, travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of closing deals, pitching, or negotiating with clients.
• Knowledge of digital marketing is a strong plus.
• Experience in a marketing agency preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with high hunger for commissions and growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-impact presentations and pitches to key decision-makers in person or online.
• Engage with potential clients to understand business needs and present tailored solutions.
• Lead negotiations, handle objections, and close deals ensuring signed agreements and targets are met.
• Prepare and manage all documentation related to sales transactions in the CRM.
• Provide regular updates to sales management on deal status, forecasts, and challenges.
• Proactively hunt for new business opportunities and generate leads to maximize commissions.

Job Description

• Conduct high-impact presentations and pitch proposals to key decision-makers in person, via online, or video conference.
• Actively engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and present tailored solutions that deliver results.
• Lead negotiations, handle objections, and close deals, securing signed agreements and achieving sales targets.
• Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales transactions, including contracts, agreements, pitch project, client records, and deal progress within the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the sales management team on deal status, forecasts, and challenges.
• Proactively hunt for new business opportunities; candidates are encouraged to generate their own leads to maximize commission potential.

What will make you successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of work-related experience with demonstrated success in closing deals/ pitching sales/ presentation to client/ negotiating with client/ customer-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of the company’s products or services, sales goals, and customer base. Have knowledge and background in digital marketing is a strong plus
• Candidates with prior experience in a marketing agency are highly preferred
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to project confidence and professionalism.
• Mindset: A self-starter attitude with a high “hunger” for commissions and professional growth.
