Job summary

CY Plastic Recycling Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to grow client partnerships in Malaysia’s plastics recycling sector.

You will identify new opportunities, manage key accounts, and promote tailored solutions while coordinating with operations and logistics to ensure smooth delivery. The role offers a clear career path and competitive compensation including a performance bonus and travel allowances.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in sales or business development.
Experience in local or export sales would be an advantage.
Knowledge of plastic and film materials or the recycling industry is preferred.
Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred to support communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

CY Plastic Recycling Sdn Bhd is a Malaysia-based company in the plastic recycling and sustainable materials industry, focused on converting plastic waste into reusable materials for local and international markets. Basic salary from RM4,500 and above, inclusive of petrol allowance.

Attractive commission scheme with total monthly income potential of RM7,000 to RM8,000+++.

Travel and business-related expenses are claimable.

CY PLASTIC RECYCLING SDN BHD is a plastic resin manufacturer, was incorporated in Malaysia on 20 March 2004 was founded by Mr Ho Leng Wei with paid‑up capital of 2.5 million. Our plant is located at Meru Klang, Selangor Malaysia, spanning over 5 acres of land. Our sales domain covers the whole of Malaysia and exported to the worldwide market.

We pride ourselves as the leading waste solution provider and exporter in both the domestic and international markets. Our philosophy is primarily focused on the “environment first” policy. We actively pursue a pollution – free planet policy to turn plastic waste into reusable plastic products.

On the business front, CY Intertrade imports and exports plastic resins from all over the world. We are committed to playing a part of the world by processing and selling all types of plastics – either in parts, resins or waste form.

We have obtained approval from the DOE (Department of Environment) and local council (Majlis Perbandaran Klang) for recycling activities in the area of the plant and have registered with Jabatan Pengurusan Sisa Pepejal Negara. With the facilities and capabilities of our machinery, we are able to manufacture our products up to 120,000 tonnes per year.
