Job summary

Krubong Recovery Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive sales and account executive to develop customers for recycled plastic materials, negotiate contracts, and drive growth in key accounts. You will coordinate with production and logistics to align supply with demand, monitor inventories, and report to management, bringing at least three years’ plastics industry experience.

Fluency in English, Malay and Mandarin is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Public Relations.
• Minimum 3 years in the plastic industry, preferably in recycling.
• Strong English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin communication.
• Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Own transport required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers for recycled plastic materials.
• Negotiate supply and sales contracts in line with market trends.
• Develop and manage key accounts to KPI targets.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain to meet customer and company requirements.
• Monitor inventories and product mix to meet market needs.

Requirement:

Candidate must possess in Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Public Relations.

Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.

Possess own transport.
