Job summary

MTSC Tech (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Business Development and Customer Care professional who can interpret customer testing requirements and source testing equipment.

You will follow up with overseas customers, prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, and maintain ISO records while coordinating quotations and purchase orders. The role requires a technical background, strong Thai and English communication skills, and at least five years of sales support experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Must communicate in Thai and English, written and spoken.
• Must have a technical background and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer testing requirements and source test machines and materials.
• Follow up with customers and prepare sales reports for meetings.
• Maintain ISO records and assist in quotations and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with overseas customers and support sales processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical, Mechatronics, Material Science , Engineering would be added advantage

Good in Thai & English speaking (Prefer Malaysian) candidate both written & spoken to communicate with oversea customers

Must have technical background

At least 5 years of sales support experience will be preferred

Experiences in making engineering quotation & purchase order

Good internet connection at home

Possess own car transport

Skills:

Understand basic technical or engineering terms. Computer literate

Strong communication and negotiation skills in Thai and English will be preferred

Able to use well video conference e.g. Microsoft Team, Google Meet etc

Pleasant and good interpersonal skills

Able to use well with Microsoft Office e.g. Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook email
