Business Development Assistant Executive

Role Description The Business Development Assistant Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya. This role supports the business development team in identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing outreach lists, coordinating meetings and demos, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and tracking tools. The role also involves supporting account management activities, preparing proposals and presentations, following up with potential and existing clients, and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. The Business Development Assistant Executive will contribute to sales reporting, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of business development processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to conduct outreach, manage client interactions, and prepare clear proposals and presentations.
• Candidates should possess skills in Account Management to support ongoing client relationships, follow-ups, and service coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic sales or marketing tools; experience in B2B or technology sectors is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate interest in AI, digital transformation, or technology-driven business solutions.
