Job summary

Dyna Source Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Business Development Assistant to support the expansion of our pharmaceutical vending machine business in the Klang Valley. You will identify strategic locations, conduct site surveys, and establish partnerships with landlords, hospitals, clinics, and other stakeholders.

You will coordinate installation, monitor performance, and collaborate with Operations/Procurement to ensure product availability and timely replenishment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, or vending machine operations.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, or vending machine businesses is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel extensively throughout Klang Valley for site surveys and client meetings.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Possess a valid driving motorcycle license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities for pharmaceutical vending machine placement.
• Perform regular site surveys across Klang Valley to evaluate potential locations based on foot traffic, accessibility, demographics, and business potential.
• Approach and liaise with property owners, hospitals, clinics, universities, office buildings, retail outlets, and other potential partners to secure new vending machine locations.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and quotations for prospective clients.
• Coordinate the installation, relocation, and commissioning of vending machines with internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor the performance of existing vending machine locations and recommend improvements to maximize sales and profitability.
• Work closely with the Operations and Procurement teams to ensure product availability and timely replenishment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, clients, and business partners.
• Maintain accurate records of site visits, business opportunities, negotiations, and project progress.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Willing to travel extensively throughout Klang Valley for site surveys and client meetings.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Possess a valid driving motorcycle license and own transport.
