Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a proactive and organized Business Development Assistant to support our business development and marketing activities for large-scale construction projects.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will assist in market research, client coordination, tender support, and administrative tasks while working closely with the business development team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and tracking new business opportunities and construction projects.

• Maintain and update client databases, project records, and business correspondence.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
• Liaise with internal departments to support business development initiatives.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Business Development Manager.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willing to travel for business meetings when required.
