• Ability to liaise with Agency Admin and Support, Underwriting, Claims, Branch, and Head Office Operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve production, recruitment, and overall manpower targets set by management.
• Develop, sustain, and expand the efficiency of Distribution Channels.
• Conduct performance review meetings with agency leaders.
• Organize sales events, workshops, seminars, and roadshows.
• Promote agency manpower development through recruitment workshops.
• Joint field work recruitment with agency leaders.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints related to agency conduct.
