We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Developer to drive growth and expand our market presence in Malaysia (peninsular and insular). He/She will be reporting to the General Manager on Singapore mother-company and will be based in Senai, Johor, Malaysia.
This role involves strong existing client follow-up (field meetings, reply to tenders, proposals set up with technical team and follow up), identifying new business opportunities (Both for new and existing clients), developing strategic partnerships (strategic sales and contract plans), and fostering strong client relationships with regular follow up meetings.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Mechanical or Material Engineering, as well as deep understanding of the service industry, excellent communication skills and easy contacts.
To carry out your mission, you will work closely with Technical and Operation teams in both Singapore and Malaysia.
This position is currently focusing on Malaysia for the next years. If selected candidate is successful the position could evolve into more regional scope, with possible relocation in Singapore (APAC headquarter).
