Responsibilities

We are seeking a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant who will act as the bridge between business users and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have experience engaging directly with customers to gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for application development projects.

This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams. Candidates should be comfortable working across APAC, Europe, and US project cycles when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with business users, customers, and stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops, interviews, and discussions with customers.
• Analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), user stories, process flows, and related project documentation.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), requirement clarification, and solution validation activities.
• Provide functional consulting and application support when required.

Required Qualifications
