Job summary

Tentacle Tech in Malaysia is seeking a driven Business Analyst to support the delivery of digital initiatives across consumer digital and wealth platforms within the banking sector. • 4+ years' experience in a Business Analyst, Product Owner or product management role, ideally in financial services.
• Hands-on experience with Figma, Jira and Confluence, and familiarity with Agile environments
• Experience preparing User Stories and Business Requirements Definitions
• Strong analytical, design and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze, define and manage business requirements to support digital product delivery
• Prepare approval papers, governance documents and research/analysis for new initiatives
• Support testing activities including UAT, regression and production validation
• Manage production support and operational issues within agreed SLAs
• Contribute to the digital strategy and roadmap across banking, wealth and operational excellence initiatives
• Collaborate with business, operations, technology and design stakeholders to enhance customer experience
• Apply design thinking and data-driven insights to improve digital products and journeys

What We're Looking For
