Job summary

Skribble Lab in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable Business Analyst to support our software projects. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, write functional specifications, and assist with UAT.

You will liaise with clients and developers, document solutions, and ensure deliverables meet expectations. Fresh graduates welcome; travel to client sites is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong command of Chinese and English to communicate professionally at all levels.
• Able to write documentation and articulate ideas well.
• Familiar with BPM, UML diagramming, User Stories to produce software/functional documentation.
• Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• 1-2 years experience desirable, fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of software development and technical background is an added advantage.
• IT software project management experience is an added advantage.
• Requires travel to client locations for workshops, sprint reviews, deployment or support; all travelling costs reimbursed.
• Strong communication skills at all levels.
• Keen eye for detail, strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
