Job summary

KASUKA PROPERTIES SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Property/Facilities Manager to oversee daily building and mall operations in Negeri Sembilan. You will manage maintenance, security, cleaning, and tenant interactions, ensure compliance with renovation guidelines, and coordinate with contractors and internal teams.

A Diploma or Degree in Property/Facilities Management is preferred, with at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Building Management, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property, building, or facilities management.
• Good knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and building operations.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, proactive, well-organised, and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, contractors, and internal departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building/mall operations, including maintenance, security, and cleaning services.
• Monitor building facilities, maintenance works, and day-to-day operations.
• Ensure tenants comply with renovation and fit-out guidelines.
• Manage tenant enquiries, emails, and complaints, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Liaise and coordinate with relevant departments, contractors, service providers, and tenants on building-related matters.
• Assist the Legal Department in verifying technical documents and related details.
