Job summary

Allied Group Property Services in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Property/Condominium Manager to oversee daily operations of a residential complex. You will lead on-site staff, ensure safety and maintenance, handle resident inquiries, and coordinate improvements.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Property Management or related field, at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong budgeting skills, and proficiency with property management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in property or condominium management.
• Strong understanding of building maintenance, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities
