Job summary

Hong Bee Hardware Co. in George Town, Penang, seeks a facilities coordinator to oversee daily building operations and maintenance. The role requires a diploma/degree in a related field and an ability to coordinate repairs and contractors.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with 2+ years of experience preferred. You will ensure safety, supervise routine services, handle inquiries, and prepare reports in a friendly working environment. Working hours are 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Building Management, Property Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).

Responsibilities
