PERSOL Malaysia is seeking a Facilities/Property Management professional to oversee Bank premises, branches, and assets, ensuring safety, usability, and operational efficiency.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 1 year in property management, knowledge of building systems, ability to travel frequently, and the ability to coordinate contractors to maintain standards.

Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Building Services, Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
Minimum 1 year in property management, site supervision, electrical or facilities maintenance (Experience in retail banking branches or multi-site property management is an added advantage).
Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, M&E, firefighting systems, plumbing, and civil works).
Familiarity with architectural drawings, tender specifications, and vendor SLAs.
Basic knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
Able to travel as this role would require frequent traveling to our offices, assets and branches

Responsible to oversee the physical condition, usability, and operational efficiency of the Bank’s premises, branches, and property portfolio.
Monitoring renovation and repair works conducted by external contractors, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring all assets are fully functional and safe.
Ensure all Bank properties comply with local authority guidelines, occupational safety and health standards (OSHA/DOSH), and fire safety regulations.
Assist in evaluating contractor performance for tender panels and renewal of maintenance service level agreements (SLAs).
