Job summary

PERSOL Malaysia is seeking a Facilities/Property Management professional to oversee Bank premises, branches, and assets, ensuring safety, usability, and operational efficiency.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 1 year in property management, knowledge of building systems, ability to travel frequently, and the ability to coordinate contractors to maintain standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Building Services, Civil/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, or any related field.
• Minimum 1 year in property management, site supervision, electrical or facilities maintenance (Experience in retail banking branches or multi-site property management is an added advantage).
• Working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, M&E, firefighting systems, plumbing, and civil works).
• Familiarity with architectural drawings, tender specifications, and vendor SLAs.
• Basic knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Able to travel as this role would require frequent traveling to our offices, assets and branches

Responsibilities

• Responsible to oversee the physical condition, usability, and operational efficiency of the Bank’s premises, branches, and property portfolio.
• Monitoring renovation and repair works conducted by external contractors, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring all assets are fully functional and safe.
• Ensure all Bank properties comply with local authority guidelines, occupational safety and health standards (OSHA/DOSH), and fire safety regulations.
• Assist in evaluating contractor performance for tender panels and renewal of maintenance service level agreements (SLAs).
