Job summary

KONSULTAN KHIDMAT SETIA is seeking dedicated Buffer Security Guards to join our security services team in Klang, Selangor. This is a full-time position and Part-time based in Klang.

As a Buffer Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' premises by providing a visible security presence, conducting regular patrols, and responding to any security concerns.

Qualifications

• Valid security guard licence or certification as required by Malaysian regulations.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in security services or a related field.
• Strong observation and attention to detail skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work shift work, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Clean criminal record and ability to pass security vetting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to detect and prevent unauthorised access, theft, or suspicious activities.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to ensure only authorised personnel are granted access.
• Respond promptly to alarms, security breaches, and emergency situations with professionalism and composure.
• Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports documenting all observations and activities during shifts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding security concerns and updates.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures consistently across all assigned locations.
• Provide a professional and courteous presence to clients, visitors, and staff members.
• Conduct security checks of vehicles, bags, and personal items as required.
• Remain vigilant and maintain situational awareness throughout shifts.
• Assist with emergency procedures and evacuations as directed.

As a Buffer Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' premises by providing a visible security presence, conducting regular patrols, and responding to any security concerns.
