Job summary

Lee Fah Mee Sdn Bhd. is seeking a responsible Security Guard to maintain the safety and security of its premises, employees, visitors, vehicles, and property.

The role involves monitoring, patrolling, and enforcing access control, with a strong emphasis on emergency readiness and accurate reporting. The successful candidate should be physically fit, disciplined, and capable of working shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar security role will be an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to conduct regular patrol duties.
• Alert and able to repond appropriately during emergencies.
• Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required.
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basic security procedures, emergency response, and workplace safety will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lee Fah Mee Sdn Bhd., is looking for a responsible, discipline, and alert Security Guard to join our team. The Successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the Company's premises, employees, visitors, vehicles, and property.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

PREMISES SECURITY

Monitor and patrol the Company premises to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitor, and Company property.

Conduct regular security checks and patrols around the factory, warehouse, office, and surrounding areas.

Ensure all gates, doors, and restricted areas are properly secured.

Prevent unauthorised person from entering the Company premises.

ACCESS CONTROL

Monitor the entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, suppliers, and vehicles.

Verify visitor and contractor information before allowing entry into the premises.

Record and maintain accurate visitor and vehicle entry/exit records.

Ensure all visitors comply with the Company's security and safety requirements.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE

Respond promptly to emergencies, including fire, accidents, break-ins, security threats, or other incidents.

Follow the Company's Emergency Response Procedures and Security SOP.

Contact the relevant authorities or emergency services when required.

REPORTING AND RECORD KEEPING

Maintain accurate daily security logs and records.

Records incidents, visitor movements, vehicles movements, and other relevant security information.

Report security concerns, hazards, damage, or suspicious activities to management promptly.

GENERAL DUTIES

Ensure compliance with Company security policies, procedures, and regulations.

Maintain professionalism and good communication with employees, visitors, customers, and contractors.

Assist Management with other security-related duties when required.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Company from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
