Job summary

Central Coldstorage Kuching Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to protect premises and personnel. You will patrol, monitor CCTV, inspect facilities and entry points, and report irregularities to prevent losses.

You will record vehicle and promoter/merchandiser entries in the respective logs, take site photos during night shifts, and perform other ad hoc duties as required. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum PMR and above.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same field.

• Monitor surveillance equipment, inspect buildings and access points, and report irregularities.
• Register entering lorries and promoter/merchandiser entries in logs; issue passes/badges as required.
• Take premises photographs during night shifts and report to Operations Manager; perform other ad hoc duties.

Job description

Responsibilities

To secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment and access points; permitting entry; to prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers; to ensure that all lorry vehicle entering the premises register them by fill up information in the security receiving logbook; to ensure that all Promoter/Merchandiser entering our premises register them by fill up information in the in/out record and obtain pass/badge provided; during night guard, security guard must take premises photo and report to Operations Manager and other ad hoc duties related to the position.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the same field. Salary RM1.7Kdepending on the qualification and experience.
• Able to work on shift.
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English and other local dialect.
