Job description

• Define and strengthen brand positioning. Develop a clear point of view on our customers, market and differentiation, then ensure it comes through consistently in every campaign.
• Build a content direction that creates attention and belief. Turn the brand strategy into compelling stories, social content and creative campaigns that people recognize, trust and respond to.
• Connect brand building to lead generation. Lead Meta marketing strategy so that content and paid campaigns work together to attract qualified leads.
• Own marketing performance. Set priorities, evaluate content and campaign results, and use customer insights and data to improve lead quality and business impact.
• Lead the team from strategy to execution. Set a clear direction, uphold a high creative standard, make decisions and align the team around outcomes.
• Partner with the CEO on growth. Translate business goals into marketing priorities and communicate progress, opportunities and decisions clearly.

Requirements :

• Proven results in both branding and performance marketing, ideally in an SME or growing business
• Must be able to speak to Mandarin and write in Mandarin.
• Preferably from Healthcare or hospital background.
