Bonia Corporation Berhad is seeking a versatile PR/MarCom professional to manage gifting, content creation, and social media support across multiple markets. You will coordinate events, shoots, and campaigns while liaising with retailers, agencies, and vendors to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in PR, Mass Communications, Marketing, Media, Fashion, or a related field.
• 2–4 years in PR, MarComms, Content Creation, or Social Media.
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, luxury, beauty, or retail is a plus.
• Strong understanding of campaign execution, KOL/media engagement, gifting, product seeding, Instagram, TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Manage product logistics for PR activities, including seeding, loans, returns, gifting, and sample tracking.
• Coordinate cross-border shipments, customs documentation, inventory, and product movement across 3 markets.
• Liaise with retail and warehouse teams to ensure products and samples are available within required timelines.
• Execute seasonal, festive, and campaign gifting initiatives.
• Assist in developing gifting concepts, packaging ideas, and recipient tiering for media, KOLs, VIPs, and ambassadors.
• Source and coordinate PR gifting items, including liaising with suppliers and vendors.
• Manage gifting production timelines and liaise with relevant vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Support end-to-end preparation for seasonal, festive, campaign, product, model, and content shoots.
• Coordinate product pulls, sample readiness, shot lists, mood boards, styling references, and call sheets.
• Liaise with photographers, stylists, artists, designers, and other creative partners.
• Support on-set logistics and post-shoot asset delivery.
• Support photography, videography, graphic design, and visual content creation for social media & digital platforms.
• Assist in content production from ideation and shooting to editing and post-production.
• Develop trend-relevant content while maintaining the brand’s visual identity and direction.
• Assist in content scheduling, publishing, and maintaining the social media content calendar.
• Support the day-to-day management of social media platforms, including content updates and basic community engagement.
• Develop campaign decks, PR ideas, PR kits, campaign concepts, and creative briefs.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, media, KOLs, and internal teams.
• Support the execution of PR events, product launches, campaigns, and other Marcom activities.
• Provide overall on-ground support for offline events and brand activations, including event preparation and execution
