Poh Kong Holdings Berhad is seeking a passionate Branding & Communications Executive to elevate our brand through creative campaigns. You will shape brand messaging and ensure consistency across all channels.

Join a heritage jewellery retailer with 100+ outlets. You will manage brand assets, coordinate media relations, CSR communications, and internal branding initiatives to strengthen market presence and trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, Public Relations, Branding or any related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in branding, marketing communications, corporate communications, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute branding initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, positioning, and reputation.
• Ensure branding and communication activities comply with brand guidelines, policies, standards, and approved corporate identity requirements across all customer touchpoints.
• Manage and maintain brand assets, including corporate profiles, brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Plan and implement brand-building campaigns to enhance brand equity and market presence.
• Develop and manage corporate communications materials, including press releases, media statements, newsletters, and internal communications.
• Coordinate public relations activities and maintain relationships with media, agencies, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and manage strategic brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Support planning and communication of CSR initiatives in alignment with brand values.
• Oversee content development for corporate communications, website content, and social media platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Monitor brand performance, customer perception, and market trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
