Job summary

Smells Good Holdings Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dynamic Brand Marketing Specialist to drive affiliate marketing, brand activations, and cross-channel campaigns.

You will manage affiliate networks, collaborate with KOLs and partners, and support on-ground events, aiming to grow the brand presence and sales across social commerce platforms.

You’ll report to the Marketing Lead and thrive in a hybrid work setup, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, campaign management or brand marketing.
• Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate and other social commerce platforms.
• Good understanding of marketing campaigns, promotional mechanics and social media trends.
• Willing to attend on-ground events and activations when required.

Responsibilities

• Affiliate Marketing & Management: manage affiliates, develop relationships, briefs, track performance and prepare reports.
• Brand Campaign Activations: execute brand events and campaigns across online and offline channels, align with partners and stakeholders.
• Ad Hoc Brand Projects & Marketing Support: support marketing initiatives, coordinate with teams, own projects and meet deadlines.
