BLOSSOM COMMERCE SDN. BHD. is seeking a Marketing Internship to join our Affiliate Marketing-led team in Kota Damansara, Selangor. This contract position offers hands-on experience in developing and executing affiliate marketing strategies to drive business growth.

You will support partner recruitment, campaign implementation, performance analysis and asset creation while collaborating with internal teams to align with broader marketing plans.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing/Communications degree program.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and affiliate marketing fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

About the role
BLOSSOM COMMERCE SDN. BHD. is seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Internship to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. This is a contract position based in Kota Damansara, Selangor. As a Marketing Intern focused on Affiliate Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of our affiliate marketing strategies. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment, where you will contribute to driving business growth through strategic affiliate partnerships and campaigns.

What you'll be doing

Supporting the identification and recruitment of potential affiliate partners aligned with our marketing objectives

Assisting in the development and implementation of affiliate marketing campaigns across various digital channels

Monitoring and analysing affiliate performance metrics, including conversion rates, click-through rates and revenue generation

Creating and maintaining affiliate marketing materials, including promotional content, banners and product information

Supporting communication with affiliate partners, providing promotional assets and answering queries

Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify new affiliate opportunities and industry trends

Assisting in the tracking and reporting of affiliate campaign performance using analytics tools and platforms

Supporting the optimisation of affiliate marketing funnels and processes to improve conversion and performance

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment between affiliate marketing activities and broader marketing strategies

What we're looking for

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and affiliate marketing fundamentals

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and draw meaningful insights

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms (preferred)

Experience with content creation or social media management (preferred)

Basic knowledge of SEO and digital advertising concepts (preferred)
