About the Role

The Brand Manager is responsible for leveraging guest insights, food and lifestyle trends, and market analysis to design campaigns that boost brand awareness and loyalty. This role ensures consistent brand identity across outlets and digital platforms while collaborating with operations to elevate market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy & Positioning: Lead long-term brand vision, define unique value propositions, and conduct brand audits to ensure market differentiation.
  • Marketing Campaigns & Promotions: Oversee integrated marketing campaigns, develop promotional roadmaps, and manage collaborations with creative, media, and P.R. agencies.
  • Market Research & Consumer Insights: Lead research on guest behavior and dining trends, translating insights into actionable initiatives.
  • Guest Engagement & Loyalty: Design strategies to enhance guest experience, drive brand storytelling through social media and P.R., and monitor brand reputation.
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor the marketing team, collaborate with culinary and operations teams, and manage external vendors.
  • Performance Management: Define KPIs, oversee performance reports, and optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI.
  • Innovation: Drive digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, CRM) and lead innovation projects to create unique F&B experiences.
Requirements
